She was very knowledgeable and really worked with my needs and wants within my desired budget. They recently reopened, and it was a pleasure working with them again. I got my husband's ring customized from them. They patiently communicated with me and got it ready on time despite the short notice. If anyone wants to customize their jewelry for their special days or for regular use, I highly recommend them :)) I got our wedding day and initials engraved on the ring and It came out perfect 🤩

I had a wonderful experience with customer service here, and they were extremely pleasant to work with! The designs were really great, and I got exactly what I was looking for. The owner was very attentive to our selection and taste and made really good recommendations as well as price was good too for the pieces. I've been wearing the piece for half a year now, and it's still as good as new, so I'd definitely recommend Omar Jewelers to family and friends in the future. I've gotten many compliments wearing this necklace!

I got my mom a Mother's Day gift, and the owner, Omar, is a great guy. He offers the best prices in town and won't give you outrageous prices like other stores nearby. He tells you the price as the market value is—highly recommend. He's also honest; I accidentally gave him an extra $100, and he gave it back. Great experience!

Omar jewelers is the best jeweler in the Jackson heights. Their customer service is very good and their jewelry collection is amazing. Reasonable price so not need to do haggle with them.

This was my first time shopping at Omar Jewelers and I have to say I LOVED my experience with them. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out the customer service was great. Very Pleasant staff. After looking around all the jewelry stores this was the best price and we got exactly what we wanted. They work with your numbers and I loved that. They seem to be very honest. This is our new jewelry store to shop.

Quality jewelery!! Love coming here. It is a family run jewelers. They have beautiful, unique pieces with great quality. The customer service is top notch. If they don't have it in the store, they will check the other stores, make it..do whatever is needed to make sure the customer is happy.
